Purpose
to
develop teams with the language skills and awareness of
their own patterns of behaviour in order to evolve how they
operate in achieving their business goals.

Objectives
- Individual agreement to take
part in the programme
- Examine the belief that
"Everyone does the best that they can"
- Describe how everyone operates
from unique 'Maps of the World'
- Use Clean
Language Questions (CLQs) with each other
- Develop exquisite rapport by
cleanly developing each person's thinking
- Demonstrate listening skills by
modelling each other's information using CLQs
- Create awareness of what does
and does not facilitate the team's process
- Use CLQ's to elicit patterns as
they happen within team interactions
- Facilitate problem thinking into
outcome thinking to focus on what can be done
